Mr. Cao Yuhui specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment.
He has represented several large domestic companies in their IPOs in China and many domestic companies in their overseas IPOs, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Cao has provided legal services to foreign investors in their foreign direct investment, venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions in China. He has in-depth knowledge and extensive practice experience in the hi-tech, IT, and infrastructure sectors.
Work Experience
Mr. Cao Yuhui joined King & Wood in 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Cao practiced with China Commercial Law Firm, Linklaters, and Jing Tian Law Firm.
He obtained his B.A. and M.A. from Central South University and studied at the University of London at the School of Oriental and African Studies on a Lord Chancellor's Young Lawyers' Training Scheme. He was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 1995.
Mr. Cao is proficient in Chinese, English, and Japanese.
