Ms. Qu Miao specializes in intellectual property law, including IP arbitration and litigation.
She has nearly 10 years of experience focusing primarily upon intellectual property counseling and litigation, encompassing software and domain names. She regularly represents clients before the courts and arbitration institutions. She also provides services in connection with administrative proceedings on patent or trademark infringement.
Her clients include multinational corporations, domestic companies, and foreign companies located in the United States, Europe, and Japan.
Work Experience
Prior to joining King & Wood in 2002, Ms. Qu worked at Shu Jin & Co., and the ZTE Corporation.
She received her B.E. and LL.M from Xi’an Jiaotong University and her second master’s degree in E-commerce law from Dalhousie University (Canada). Ms. Qu was admitted as an attorney-at-law in 1998 and a trademark agent in 2000. She is proficient in Chinese and English.
