Mr. Shi Yusheng specializes in dispute resolution.
He has represented various multinational companies in the resolution of disputes and has litigated in various Chinese courts. In addition, he has appeared as counsel at a number of arbitration institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The issues involved in the disputes he has handled include trademarks, patents, copyrights (including software), domain names, unfair competition (including infringement of trade secrets), product liability, and international trade.
Work Experience
Mr. Shi Yusheng joined King & Wood in 1995. Prior to this, he worked at the Foreign Economic Law Office of Jilin Province and W. K. To & Co. in Hong Kong.
He obtained his LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law.
He is proficient in Chinese and English.
