Ms. Su specializes in patent laws relating to mechanical matters.
She is experienced in the prosecution, invalidation and litigation of invention, utility model, and design applications/patents. Ms. Su's services also include providing clearance opinions and patent strategy consultations for corporations, providing legal advice, and giving business training on corporate patents and related issues.
Work Experience
Before joining King & Wood, Ms. Su was the deputy manager of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the China Patent Agent (Hong Kong) Ltd. Ms. Su was also a member of the research panel on "The Nature of Legal Procedures for Requesting Patent Invalidation Announcements."
Ms. Su obtained her B.Sc. at Tongji University and her M.Sc. at Tsinghua University. Ms. Su is a member of the ACPAA Invention Panel and the Intellectual Property Litigation Panel.
She was admitted as patent attorney in 1998 and as a Chinese lawyer in 1999. She is proficient in English, German, and Chinese.
