Areas of Practice
Ms. Su Zheng's main areas of practice include securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate affairs.
She has extensive practical experience in large and medium-scale corporate reorganizations, domestic and overseas listings and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Su has handled dozens of listings on behalf of large and medium-scale companies, with particular emphasis on finance organizations. She has represented clients in the banking, securities, energy, IT, travel and tourism, and manufacturing industries. She has worked on listings on domestic stock markets, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, NYSE, NASDAQ, and the Singapore Stock Exchange. She has also handled domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments for listed and large-scale companies. Of the projects Ms. Su has worked on, several have received international and regional recognition as deals of the year.
Ms. Su also regularly advises public and private companies as corporate counsel, with responsibility for all legal aspects pertaining to day-to-day operations.

Ms. Su Zheng joined King & Wood in 2001.
She graduated from the University of International Econmics and Trade with an LL.B. She passed the PRC Bar in 2005.
