King & Wood acted as Hong Kong legal counsel to the sole sponsor of China High Precision Automation Group Limited (stock code: 591), a high precision industrial automation instrument and technology product company, in respect of its public offering by way of placing and public offer on the HKEx. China High Precision offers a total of 287.5 million shares at HK$4.00 each, raising approximately HK$1.15 billion. Its public offer tranche is approximately 13.38 times over-subscribed, receiving total application money exceeding HK$1.34 billion. Partner Simon Yung and Associate Connie Wong were involved.
