According to data published by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), King & Wood’s Securities & Capital Markets Group advised on the main board’s two largest listings in 2009. The listings were:
King & Wood partner Yang Xiaolei, involved in both offerings, commented “It has been a privilege to serve two of China’s best known companies in such complex undertakings. Both listings were particularly challenging as both companies were already A share listed on the mainland.”
