January 8, 2010, Shenzhen-based Netac Technology Co. Ltd. (Netac Technology) made an initial public offering and listed on the Shenzhen GEM board (Ticker: 300042). Netac Technology's offer price was RMB 39 per share with the issue at 76.47 times price-to-earnings ratio, raising total funds of RMB 611,983,250.
Netac Technology develops and patents mobile storage and is mainly engaged in the R&D, production, sale and related patenting of flash memory and mobile storage technology. It is the first Chinese mobile storage company to list.
King & Wood advised Netac Technology on all aspects of the listing. The executive partners were Shenzhen office-based Song Pingping and Cao Yuhui.
