We have represented many leading corporations and financial institutions in many landmark litigation proceedings, arbitration proceedings and administrative proceedings before courts, arbitration tribunals and administrative agencies throughout China.

A number of our litigation partners and associates are former judges or procurators in major Chinese courts and procurates, bringing with them extensive experience in legal proceedings. Many partners in our Cross-border Dispute Resolution Practice have over fifteen years experience.

Today, we are a recognized leader in PRC commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

We have appeared on behalf of our clients before most of the major international arbitration institutions in the world, including the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center and the London Court of International Arbitration as well as domestic arbitration commissions.

A number of King & Wood lawyers are arbitrators of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Beijing Arbitration Commission, and other local arbitration bodies. We regularly attend various international arbitration conferences and speak at such conferences on PRC subjects.
